Enduiyment is one of the parks in Tanzania that you can explore on the motorbike. Hop on the back of a local maasai and drive through the amazing and vast landscapes of the park. The bumpy roads, up –close encounters with amazing animals and a soar –ass at the end of the day make this one of the most memorable experiences.
4.VIST A LOCAL MAASAI TRIBE
There’s loads of maasai village located throughtout enduiment wildlife management area. Because this park is more of a ‘off-the –beaten –track ‘park ,visiting a local maasai village here is one of the best ways to have an authentic maasai experience without having other tourist around.
Because enduiment lies so close to Kenya, you can easily bring a visit to the official border and have a little peek into Kenya. The border is marked by the concrete blocks in the picture above. Your guide can tell you about the history that went down here and you hope between Kenya and Tanzania.
Even though the enduiment conservancy isn’t one of the popular park in Tanzania, there’s a vast amount of animals to see just as many as any of the other parks in Tanzania.

Due to the excellent water availability of rice and bananas are even grown here! This is where the tour will start .The tour is a favorite activity of Tanzania specialist. Imagine, surrounded by beautiful nature while driving you come across all kinds of typical African streets after this you will drive through the forest. This tour is on flat relatively flat terrain and is therefore suitable for young and old. On the way we pass several farms, on the way we drive past few banana farms, a brewery and we visit artists and an African school. This activity will take between 1 and 2 hours, if you want to drive a shorter or longer route, This can be indicated at all times.
It is possible to undertake this activity by mountain bike. But also with the local means of transport Tuk Tuk or as they call it in Tanzania Bajaji. Imported from India, this 3-wheel motor vehicle is perfect for use on small roads. A maximum of 2 people can sit at the back and anywhere you want to stop you can also indicate this to the guide.

At lake Eyasi you have the unique opportunity to meet the Hadzabe trbe.It is one of the few tribes in the world and that still live as the hunters and gathers and you can even accompany the men on the hunt! see how they hunt and kill their prey up close! You will learn a lot about how people used to live and see what skills are required to survive.
The head of the Hadzabe tribe are experts in archery as you will see if you go hunting with them. If you want to go hunting with the Hadzabe tribe, you have to wake up early! The hunt often starts early in the morning, around half past five and lasts about 3 hours.After the hunt you can visit a market where the Hadzabe and Datoga tribe barter with each other. The Hadzabe exchange their captured prey for new arrows [and possibly new bows]
Warning: This activity is not suitable for everyone, you may find the hunt uncomfortable .Remember, however, that these tribes only kills animals to survive and treats nature with great respect. They literally still live the way nature began.

Banana beer is a Tanzania speciality and is widely drunk here.
In Arusha, Moshi and Mto wa Mbu and (other areas of Tanzania) are large banana plantations where yellow and red bananas are grown. The banana are used for cooking, eating, but also for making banana beer! It is part of the Tanzania traditional to drink banana beer together, especially on special occasions.
And it tastes delicious too! you can get banana beer almost anywhere, but it’s also very interesting to see how it’s made. In brewery you can of course try the unfiltered produce….

In the middle of a banana farm, you will discover the Tanzania cuisine and gastronomy and you will see and learn about different ways of preparing local dishes.
Some of the dishes includes pilau (spiced brown rice with meat), Makande(corn with beans cooked together), Ndizi nyama (green banana cooked with meat), Ugali (stiff porridge) ,Vegetables and much more to enjoy. If you wish, you can even test a banana beer, a local brew made from bananas. Bon appetite!

Casaantodaspoly provides living accomodations ,meals and supervision for volunteers for the entirety of their stay in Tanzania .During the volunteer period, most volunteers stay in our safe and secure home base in maji ya chai.
Casaantodaspoly home base is located in a beautiful area where you can have a great view of Mountain Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, nearly 27km from the Kilimanjaro international Airport. We try to create a ‘’home away from home’’ for volunteers and other visitors to stay at our home base.
It is a perfect situation for volunteers to live safety and comfortably while making many new friends and sharing experience every day, Most of volunteers project in Tanzania are located within 1-10km of our home base, so you may walk or ride a local bus to your project.
In the evening when you return to home base, you can relax, eat dinner, explore local areas or simply share experience with volunteer’s comrades. Our home base provides a same-gender shared room and shared bathroom with running water a ‘’Western’’ style toilet.
